Africa-Press – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span>Le Comite\u0301 national de te\u0301le\u0301de\u0301tection et d\u2019information ge\u0301ographique (CNTIG), veut exporter son expertise dans la dynamique du de\u0301veloppement local, rapporte une note d\u2019information transmise jeudi 10 novembre 2022 a\u0300 l\u2019AIP.<\/p>\n

Une de\u0301le\u0301gation du CNTIG a se\u0301journe\u0301 du 24 au 28 octobre 2022 en Guine\u0301e Conakry a\u0300 l\u2019initiative conjointe du directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019Agence nationale de financement des collectivite\u0301s locales (ANAFIC) de la Re\u0301publique de Guine\u0301e et du directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du CNTIG, Dr Edouard Fonh-Gbe\u0301i.<\/p>\n

Les experts du CNTIG ont pre\u0301senter les outils d\u2019aide a\u0300 la de\u0301cision aux ministe\u0300res de l\u2019Enseignement supe\u0301rieur, de la Recherche et de l\u2019Innovation, celui de la Sante\u0301 et de l\u2019Hygie\u0300ne publique, des infrastructures et des Transports, de la Jeunesse et des Sports ainsi que celui de l\u2019Environnement et du De\u0301veloppement durable de la Re\u0301publique de Guine\u0301e.<\/p>\n

Les experts ont ainsi partage\u0301 l\u2019expe\u0301rience du CNTIG a\u0300 accompagner les collectivite\u0301s locales pour une mobilisation plus efficiente de leurs ressources propres a\u0300 travers la solution e-commune qui permet aux collectivite\u0301s locales de mieux mobiliser les ressources propres et d\u2019accroitre leur potentiel e\u0301conomique. Ils ont e\u0301galement pre\u0301sente\u0301 le syste\u0300me de gestion de l\u2019e\u0301tat civil (SYGECI) pour la modernisation de la gestion de l\u2019e\u0301tat civil dans les communes.<\/p>\n

Une attention particulie\u0300re a e\u0301te\u0301 porte\u0301e sur la de\u0301monstration de la solution e-commune et la projection 3D d\u2019une ville. L\u2019ANAFIC, de me\u0302me que l\u2019association nationale des collectivite\u0301s de Guine\u0301e (ANCG) et l\u2019ensemble des maires pre\u0301sents a\u0300 cet atelier se sont dits satisfaits des opportunite\u0301s offertes par le CNTIG pour booster le de\u0301veloppement des collectivite\u0301s en ge\u0301ne\u0301ral, indique le document.<\/p>\n

Un cadre de collaboration a e\u0301te\u0301 mis en place pour aboutir a\u0300 des engagements mutuels afin de de\u0301ployer la solution e-commune dans les 342 communes de la Re\u0301publique de Guine\u0301e, note-t-on. Un projet pilote sera expe\u0301rimente\u0301 dans des communes.<\/p>\n

Lors d\u2019une se\u0301ance de travail avec le ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Enseignement pre\u0301-universitaire et de l\u2019Alphabe\u0301tisation, le CNTIG a pre\u0301sente\u0301 le SIG Carte Scolaire qui est un outil ge\u0301o-de\u0301cisionnel pour le pilotage de l\u2019e\u0301ducation nationale, en vue d\u2019une base de collaboration. Il a e\u0301galement pre\u0301sente\u0301 ses innovations technologiques majeures pour la modernisation, la gestion et l\u2019ame\u0301lioration des rendements des administrations publiques.<\/p>\n

Des intentions de collaboration ont e\u0301te\u0301 e\u0301mises par les ho\u0302tes du CNTIG, en vue d\u2019une contractualisation pour une assistance technique, conclut le document.<\/p>\n
