Achi, ce projet est un symbole de cette nation hospitalie\u0300re, car sa re\u0301alisation e\u0301tant confie\u0301e a\u0300 un promoteur ivoirien, la socie\u0301te\u0301 de patrimoine et de gestion (SPG Akwaba) et a\u0300 un autre e\u0301tranger, PN Holding Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle infrastructure est e\u0301galement symbolique pour la Co\u0302te d\u2019Ivoire par le ro\u0302le qu\u2019elle jouera dans l\u2019accroissement de l\u2019offre ho\u0302telie\u0300re premium, d\u2019affaires et de loisirs de la capitale e\u0301conomique, Abidjan, a souligne\u0301 le chef du gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cC\u2019est donc un projet d\u2019ambition, porte\u0301 par des Nationaux, e\u0301pousant le dynamisme et l\u2019optimisme du pays, dans une ade\u0301quation parfaite avec la vision du Chef de l\u2019E\u0301tat, Alassane Ouattara, qui s\u2019est engage\u0301 dans une politique de diversification structure\u0301e et volontaire de notre e\u0301conomie\u201d, a affirme\u0301 Patrick Achi.<\/p>\n<p>Il a souligne\u0301 que le pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique, dans la concre\u0301tisation de cet ambition, veille a\u0300 faire e\u0301merger des champions nationaux dans une douzaine de secteurs strate\u0301giques, y compris le tourisme, ou\u0300 des avantages comparatifs clairs et de potentialite\u0301s de croissance formidables sont a\u0300 noter.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un investissement total de 60 milliards FCFA dont 33 milliards du promoteur ivoirien SPG Akwaba, ce complexe ho\u0302telier est compose\u0301 de deux ba\u0302timent, de R+7 et R+6 qui abritent un ho\u0302tel, des bureaux, des salles de confe\u0301rence et des commerces.
