\u00abEn vertu de la loi n\u00b02013-656 du 13 septembre 2013 fixant les re\u0300gles relatives a\u0300 la commercialisation du coton et de l’anacarde, a\u0300 la re\u0301gulation des activite\u0301s des filie\u0300res coton et anacarde, et du de\u0301cret n\u00b02013-810 du 26 novembre 2013 fixant les modalite\u0301s de la commercialisation exte\u0301rieure des produits de l’anacarde, il est porte\u0301 a\u0300 votre connaissance que les achats et exportations des noix brutes de cajou sont suspendus pour les exportateurs \u00bb, rapporte ladite note , tout en pre\u0301cisant que, la mesure de suspension des exportations ne s’applique pas aux produits qui ont de\u0301ja\u0300 fait l’objet d’une autorisation d’empotage a\u0300 la date du 7 mai 2024.<\/p>\n

Nous apprenons e\u0301galement que, durant cette pe\u0301riode, seules les ope\u0301rations d’achat de noix brutes de cajou par les transformateurs et acheteurs agre\u0301e\u0301s en vue de l’approvisionnement des unite\u0301s de transformation sont autorise\u0301es.<\/p>\n

Enfin, l\u2019on note que, tout manquement a\u0300 la pre\u0301sente mesure est passible des sanctions pre\u0301vues par les dispositions en vigueur, notamment sur re\u0301pression de la commercialisation et de l’exportation illicites des produits agricoles soumises a\u0300 agre\u0301ment.<\/p>\n
