Africa-Press<\/a> – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Pour de nombreux analystes, la derni\u00e8re attaque qui a vis\u00e9 l\u2019arm\u00e9e \u00e0 Kafolo, dans le nord de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, illustre la mont\u00e9e en puissance des jihadistes dans le pays.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est l\u2019heure de la pri\u00e8re du soir ce 7 mai \u00e0 Bol\u00e9, une localit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re du Burkina Faso, lorsqu\u2019une vingtaine de jihadistes arm\u00e9s approchent de la mosqu\u00e9e. Ils rassemblent les fid\u00e8les et prennent la parole. Le discours est aussi rassurant (le groupe insiste sur le fait qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour s\u2019en prendre aux populations mais pour les d\u00e9fendre) que mena\u00e7ant (toute collaboration avec les forces de d\u00e9fense sera sanctionn\u00e9e). Quatre jours plus t\u00f4t, des habitants de ce m\u00eame village avaient permis la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019un engin explosif improvis\u00e9 (EEI).<\/p>\n

Encore assez in\u00e9dite en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, cette sc\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas sans rappeler les m\u00e9thodes employ\u00e9es il y a quelques ann\u00e9es par les groupes jihadistes au Mali et au Burkina Faso. Elle intervient alors qu\u2019une troisi\u00e8me attaque y a \u00e9t\u00e9 perp\u00e9tr\u00e9e apr\u00e8s celle de Grand-Bassam en 2016 et de Kafolo en juin 2020.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est cette m\u00eame localit\u00e9, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 un peu moins de 200 kilom\u00e8tres au nord-est de Korhogo, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 vis\u00e9e dans la nuit du 28 au 29 mars faisant trois morts (un militaire des forces sp\u00e9ciales, un du bataillon de chasseur parachutistes et un civil) et cinq bless\u00e9s dans les rangs de l\u2019arm\u00e9e ivoirienne. Un gendarme a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 le m\u00eame soir, entre deux et trois heures du matin, dans l\u2019attaque par le m\u00eame groupe d\u2019un poste mixte de l\u2019arm\u00e9e et de la gendarmerie dans la sous-pr\u00e9fecture de Tehini, \u00e0 l\u2019Est de Kafolo.<\/p>\n
