\u00ab Sur la question de l’amnistie, il est quand me\u0302me curieux que \u2013 puisque l’amnistie est une loi qui passe au Parlement \u2013 le PPA-CI, qui a des de\u0301pute\u0301s a\u0300 l’Assemble\u0301e nationale, n’ait jamais pris l’initiative d’une loi d\u2019amnistie pour son propre candidat. C’est curieux. Donc le pre\u0301sident Ouattara n’a aucun moyen aujourd’hui d’amnistier Laurent Gbagbo. Et le PPA-CI pourrait aussi initier un projet de loi a\u0300 soumettre a\u0300 l’Assemble\u0301e nationale \u00bb, a-t-il de\u0301clare\u0301.<\/p>\n

Pour Mamadou Toure\u0301, les institutions fonctionnement normalement. \u00ab Le dialogue n’a jamais e\u0301te\u0301 rompu. Mais apre\u0300s, la question est de savoir: est-ce que, pour cette pre\u0301occupation du PPA-CI par rapport a\u0300 une candidature de Laurent Gbagbo, la Primature est l’institution la plus indique\u0301e ? Je pense que le PPA-CI sait qu’il y a des questions de justice, il y a des questions lie\u0301es au processus e\u0301lectoral, et nous avons des institutions en charge de re\u0301gler ces questions \u00bb, a-t-il soutenu.<\/p>\n

Le cas Guillaume Soro a e\u0301te\u0301 e\u0301galement e\u0301voque\u0301 lors de l\u2019interview. \u00ab Guillaume Soro a pris l’initiative d’appeler le pre\u0301sident Alassane Ouattara pour lui pre\u0301senter ses excuses pour les torts qu’il a pu lui causer et, en me\u0302me temps, lui dire merci pour la libe\u0301ration de certains de\u0301tenus proches de lui. Le pre\u0301sident Ouattara a montre\u0301 sa disposition a\u0300 faire avancer ce pays et a\u0300 consolider la paix. D’ailleurs, a\u0300 la faveur de la CAN de janvier 2024, beaucoup de de\u0301tenus militaires ou proches de l’opposition ont e\u0301te\u0301 libe\u0301re\u0301s.
