Mamo E. Mihretu, PDG de l&rsquo;EIH et M. Aboubaker Omar Hadi, PDG de GHIH qui ont ainsi paraph\u00e9 l\u2019accord.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter \u00e0 cet effet que les produits p\u00e9troliers, notamment le diesel occupe une part importante des importations de l&rsquo;\u00c9thiopie, dont la demande devrait doubler au cours des 10 prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 par le biais de la mise en \u0153uvre des nouvelles installations de multiproduits repr\u00e9sente aujourd&rsquo;hui un int\u00e9r\u00eat majeur pour l\u2019\u00c9thiopie. Les contraintes de capacit\u00e9 actuelle par rapport au potentiel d&rsquo;importation soul\u00e8vent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recourir \u00e0 des solutions suppl\u00e9mentaires et rentables, qui garantiront un approvisionnement ininterrompu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9thiopie et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La signature de ce protocole d&rsquo;accord consitue la preuve de la d\u00e9termination des deux parties de r\u00e9aliser conjointement un nouveau terminal de stockage qui r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 la demande.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EIH a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2021 pour servir de figure de proue en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;investissements strat\u00e9giques du gouvernement \u00e9thiopien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une gestion plus rigoureuse des actifs publics.<\/p>\n<p>Selon M. Ato Mamo E. Miheretu, \u00ab\u00a0cet accord est le premier d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;autres ayant pour objectif la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;investissements planifi\u00e9s qui visent \u00e0 relever certains des d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques les plus fondamentaux de l&rsquo;\u00c9thiopie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De son cot\u00e9, M.
