He also categorically rejected rumors alleging the forced relocation of Gaza residents to Somaliland, calling them \u201cfabricated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Separately, reports said Irro returned to Dubai following an unannounced visit to Tel Aviv, allegedly facilitated through regional mediation.
