Most importantly, it would initiate the second phase of rebuilding Gaza and halt the assaults by Israeli settlers on Palestinians in the West Bank.<\/p>\n<p>This path requires the world to rally with Egypt in encouraging and urging Washington to lean toward peace. The Egyptian leadership does not hesitate to call for peace, cooperation, and good neighborliness, while also warning of the dangers of wars and conflicts and their severe impacts on the region and international security and peace.<\/p>\n<p>Certainly, reaching an agreement between the United States and Iran, even if preliminary and lasting for 60 days during which negotiations continue to reach a final solution, as stated by American officials in remarks to a local news source, is a positive development that breaks the stalemate that has persisted for weeks, especially in light of renewed clashes between the two sides in recent hours, which threaten to resume full-scale war between them. Observers consider these clashes merely a last-minute attempt to improve the terms of the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The Middle East stands at a crossroads: either it moves toward peace, elevating the policy of good neighborliness and focusing on development efforts and reconstruction, or it heads toward further instability and the escalation of senseless wars, the destruction of which will affect everyone within and outside the region.<\/p>\n<p>Recent developments underscore the importance of the Egyptian vision advocating for peace and regional and international cooperation, as well as its call to refocus the world&#8217;s efforts on combating climate change and the 2030 development agenda, which has seen a serious decline since 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent regional and international wars, starting with the Ukraine War, then the fifth Gaza War, leading to the current conflict raging on multiple fronts in Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen.<\/p>\n<p>It is time for the world to awaken and recognize the seriousness of the fireball igniting in multiple locations across the globe.
