Africa-Press – Eritrea. Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens guard Kendrick Nunn was named Monday the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2024-25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.

The 29-year-old American “had an unforgettable regular season, breaking points records and ensuring his team has a chance to go back-to-back,” the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague wrote on X.

Nunn averaged 21.1 points, 4.3 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game in the men’s basketball club competition, with a performance index rating of 20.3.

His scoring average led the league, earning him the Alphonso Ford Top Scorer Trophy.

He was also selected to the All-EuroLeague First Team for the second consecutive year, alongside Sasha Vezenkov, Carsen Edwards, TJ Shorts and Nigel Hayes-Davis.

Nunn helped Panathinaikos secure the third seed with a 22–12 record in the regular season.

The Greek club will face Anadolu Efes in the playoffs.

After playing in the NBA for three seasons, Nunn signed with Panathinaikos in October 2023 and won the EuroLeague title in his first season in Europe.

The EuroLeague MVP is determined by a combination of fan and media voting, with online fan votes accounting for 25% and media votes making up the remaining 75%.
