Africa-Press – Eritrea. Eritrea’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations celebrated the 34th Independence Day anniversary on 21 May at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The celebration was attended by senior UN officials, Permanent Representatives of various countries, Eritrean professionals working at the UN, and members of the press. The event featured presentations highlighting Eritrea’s culture, history, values, and national identity.
Similarly, Eritrean nationals in Sudan’s Red Sea Region organized a Schools Week event in connection with the 34th Independence Day anniversary under the theme “Our Cohesion—Our Armour,” held from 18 April to 18 May.
