Africa-Press – Eritrea. Three months theoretical and practical training on computer technology has been provided to youth in Adi-Quala sub-zone. The training was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students in the sub-zone.
Mr. Jemal Nur, head of the union branch in the sub-zone, said that the objective of the training was to enhance vocational capacity of the youth and strengthen their contribution to the society with the knowledge they gained from the training.
Mr. Tesfay Abraha, acting administrator of the sub-zone, on his part said that the training alongside their regular education will have significant contribution in strengthening their capacity, called on the trainees to develop their skill through practice and transfer the knowledge they gained to their peers.
In related news, the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students as part of its five years strategic plan provided training to youth in Enda-Gergis and Adi-Quala focusing on the new structure and activities of the union.
