However, the Eritrean soldier is the Eritrean people\u2014they are one and the same\u2014driven and guided by the humanity of the people.<\/p>\n<p>The latest attempt to question the humanity of the Eritrean soldier by the Washington Post using \u201csatellite imagery\u201d in a desperate attempt to make it sound authentic, is profoundly appalling. The article goes into great lengths\u2014\u201cinterviewed [Tigrayan] witnesses,\u201d \u201cconsulted seven independent experts,\u201d etc.\u2014in an elaborate effort to say that this was NOT an invention. However, Eritreans have seen it all the last decades.
