Africa-Press – Eritrea. <\/strong><\/span>Massawa, 08 February 2024-<\/b> Exhibition in connection with the 34th-anniversary commemoration of Fenkil Operation was opened today, 08 February, in the port city of Massawa. The exhibition was officially opened by Ms. Asmeret Abraha, Governor of the Northern Red Sea Region.<\/p>\n

The exhibition showcases the heroic feats demonstrated by the Eritrean Defense Forces, organized in cooperation with the Ministries of Information and Defense. It also highlights the products and activities of the Ministry of Marine Resources, Eritrean Naval Force, various line ministries, Massawa Municipality, and Ports Authority.<\/p>\n

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Tewolde Kelati, Minister of Marine Resources, Col. Melake Teklemariam, Chief of Staff of the Eritrean Navy, Mr. Rezene Adonai, Secretary of the PFDJ in the Northern Red Sea Region, Army Commanders and guests.<\/p>\n

The 34th-anniversary commemoration of Fenkil Operation \u201cFenkil: Tunes of Liberation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 30th anniversary commemoration of Operation Fenkil is set to take place from February 9th to 11th in Massawa, under the theme \u201cFenkil: Tunes of Liberation.\u201d<\/p>\n
