Muller, who played his 700th competitive game for Bayern, demanded to forget about the setback and \u201cnot to tear ourselves into pieces.\u201d<\/p>\n

Most other comments of the Bavarians came near an act of defiance. \u201cWe won\u2019t stop to play now,\u201d said board member of sport, Max Eberl.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt might sound surprising, but we will travel to London and try to achieve a turnaround,\u201d the official added.<\/p>\n

Eberl promised to count on Tuchel\u2019s expertise when crossing swords with Arsenal. \u201cIt\u2019s not always the coach who is to blame,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Things around Tuchel might change after the duel against the prospering Premier League side, but for now, Bayern feels its last opportunity to end the season, to some extent, in a satisfying way.<\/p>\n

Eberl rang the alarm bells when it comes to securing Bayern\u2019s participation in next season\u2019s Champions League.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe must turn our heads to secure next season\u2019s participation. What will I say to possible coaching candidates? We might play the Champions League or maybe not,\u201d Eberl stated.<\/p>\n

The official said that securing second place in the Bundesliga is the most pressing goal for the remaining season.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe might be disappointed, but after all, it\u2019s a worthwhile goal to end up second. It might sound depressing, but this is the question we need to answer,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

With only seven points away from the fifth position and six rounds of games to go, further setbacks might endanger Bayern from crossing the finish line among the top four.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be honest, I expect more resilience and men\u2019s guts in our games. To gamble away games seems our story of this season, we need to stop that,\u201d Eberl said.<\/p>\n
