Africa-Press – Eritrea. <\/strong><\/span>Asmara, 11 May 2024 \u2013<\/b> The National Association of Eritrean Designers organized a fashion exhibition to celebrate the 33rd Independence Day Anniversary under the theme \u201cOur Diverse Attire: A Tapestry of Our Identity.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the commencement program conducted today at Hotel Embasoira, Mr. Abraham Sultan, Chairman of the Association, announced that a fashion contest would be held among 45 designers from the Central, Southern, and Northern Red Sea regions.<\/p>\n

Mr. Abraham stated that 15 winning designers would compete in the final stage on 14 May.<\/p>\n

The objective of the fashion show competition is to encourage professionals to organize under the umbrella of the national association and to exchange experiences, as well as to highlight the 33rd Independence Day Anniversary.<\/p>\n

The fashion exhibition will remain open to the public until 13 May.<\/p>\n

The National Association of Eritrean Designers was established in 2022 under the umbrella of the Commission of Culture and Sports and currently has over 100 active members.<\/p>\n
