Africa-Press – Eritrea. <\/strong><\/span>Five patients have been diagnosed positive for COVID-19 in tests carried out today at Quarantine Centers and Testing Stations in the Central, Southern, and Anseba Regions.<\/p>\n

Out of these, two patients are from Testing Station in Asmara, the Central Region. Two patients are from Testing Station in Mendefera (1) and Dubarwa (1); Southern Region. The last patient is from Quarantine Center in Keren, Anseba Region.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, seven patients who have been receiving medical treatment in hospitals in the Central (4) and Southern (3) Regions have recovered fully and have been discharged from these facilities.<\/p>\n

The total number of recovered patients has accordingly increased to 9,579 while the number of deaths stands at 103.<\/p>\n

The total number of confirmed cases in the country to date has increased to 9,694.<\/p>\n
