Africa-Press – Eritrea. <\/strong><\/span>Assab, 26 February 2022- The National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students branch in the Southern Red Sea Region provided \u2018Fiema\u2019 Award to outstanding students in Araeta sub-zone that scored higher marks in the eighth-grade national examination.<\/p>\n

The awardees were 25 students from the Tio high school that scored over 75 marks in the national examination and the award included textbooks and other school materials.<\/p>\n

The head of the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students branch in the region, Mr. Osman Abdulkadir said that the objective of the award is to encourage students to become competitive in their academic performance and fellow students to follow their example.<\/p>\n

Indicating that the union branch will exert strong effort with partners to develop the competence and creativity of students, Mr. Osman Abdulkadir called on the students to take advantage of the opportunity being provided.<\/p>\n
