The European Union announced the completion of the negotiation round for the agreement, paving the way for its official signing, at a time when the global trading system is undergoing rapid changes, prompting major economic powers to reorganize their trade influence and ensure stability in supply chains and foreign markets.<\/p>\n

Although the agreement is presented as a framework to enhance economic partnership and development, its core provisions reveal a clear focus on protecting European interests and expanding the capacity of European companies to access African markets, whether through direct investment or control over vital sectors and areas of government spending.<\/p>\n
