Africa-Press – Eswatini. Simanga Mamba, the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission(CSC) was among senior Government officials who facilitated a workshop for Principal Secretaries on Driving Service Excellency.
Eswatini Government online platforms reported that the workshop was aimed at equipping controlling officers a human rights-based service delivery to Swazis, the workshop was held in Pigg’s Peak on Tuesday.
“The Ministry of Public Service hosts a 3-day workshop for Principal Secretaries on Driving Service Excellence in the Public Sector. The training is aimed at equipping controlling officers on ensuring a human-rights based service delivery to emaSwati.It is also aimed at developing IT-based innovative models of service delivery and will review all policies that will fast track the provision of services as stipulated in the 5-year Strategic Roadmap.The meeting will be officially closed by the Deputy Prime Minister on Friday,” reads a Government online report.
