THIS IS OUR COUNTRY

Africa-Press – Eswatini. When the year began, I stood with my country, it ends and am wondering whether pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents recall this is our country.

They consistently fragment the spirit of collectivism and consciousness through sporadic acts of violence, revealing pro-democracy and pro-monarchy egos. Thus, today am seeking to evoke collectivism consciousness, firstly, by reminding citizens how our forefathers went to Mshadza, First and Second World Wars in defence of this kingdom. Therefore, the pro-democracy and pro-monarchy monopolistic worldviews are a gross violation of property, human, natural rights of the citizens of this kingdom.

The sporadic acts of violence justified as a retaliation towards lack of dialogue within the kingdom violates property, human and natural rights.

Evidently, the suppression of dialogue due to sporadic acts of violence is violating property, human and natural rights. Consequently, majority of the nation is held ransom by monopolistic views of pro-democracy and pro-monarchy, egos both marginalizing collectivism and consciousness within the nation. Citizens of this kingdom are now hiding in the periphery fearing for their human, natural and property rights as pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents are intolerant.

This intolerance of alternative worldviews has created dictatorship within the pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents, thus, who has the genuine interest of this country or is it about minority interests and egos.

Conflicts Reveal Dictatorship

Egos strives on conflicts and yet they are not sustainable, they create immediate damage while diminishing prospects for the future. The current state of conflicts within the kingdom are teaching future generation that sporadic acts of violence is the only solution to communicating with non-listening leadership. In essence, these conflicts are from both pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents, thus, the non-listening leadership revealed as inherent leadership crisis within EmaSwati. This leadership crisis anchors lack of collective consciousness manifesting dictatorship through conflicts, suppressing and subjugating property, human and natural rights within this our country. Conflicts revealing dictatorship negate future prospects in education, prosperity and happiness indexes of citizens, and most significantly plant the seed of sorrow within future progeny of this kingdom.

Dictatorship embedded within conflicts which strokes the egomaniacs through making headlines of its destruction ignoring the essence of war mongering of pro-democracy and pro-monarchy.

In their pursuit of pro-democracy versus pro-monarchy monopolistic worldviews, risking the lives of citizens and their property, human and natural rights. Instead of committing to allowing for the flowing of ideas that builds support for the pro-democracy and pro-monarchy views, both sides are dictating through conflicts.

In the mist of this conflict revealing dictatorship through negative narratives about each other creating rigid belief systems, ideology and worldviews.

Hence, today this column seeks to remind pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents this is our country, and every citizen deserve their freedom of expression.

Freedom of Expression Suppressed

The dominate paradigm within this country is that pro-democracy and pro-monarchy are both collectively and consistently suppressing the citizen’s freedom of expression. This suppression emanating from the notion that both pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents defend their ideologies and worldviews through sporadic acts of violence. Therefore, citizen’s freedom is directly and indirectly suppressed by risking possible loss of lives, property, human and natural rights. Intriguingly both ideologies and worldviews are promising freedom of expression in the future but not now as their egos are too fragile to listen to alternative worldviews. My critical thoughts are racing, you promise freedom of expression in the future, when dictating and suppressing alternative worldviews now.

This suppression of freedom of expression disempowers citizens who are unable to participate in the sustainable solutions for this kingdom.

As the egos manifesting in dictatorship from pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents are preoccupied with agitating the agitator, manifesting in sporadic acts of violence. In enabling freedom of expression there needs to end the agitating the agitator approach currently promoting prevailing conflicts. Thus creating an enabling environment of treating pro-democracy and pro-monarchy adversaries with respect through transforming the prevailing narratives.

Developing positive narratives from both sides that enable freedom of expression towards a genuine conversation that seeks to end the conflicts and their sporadic acts of violence. Freedom of expression is seriously missing within both pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents manifesting injustices on both sides’ ends.

This is our country seeks to reveal lack of peaceful leadership as the dominate paradigm indicates EmaSwati are egomaniacs dictators on both sides.

Peaceful Leadership is Critical

This is our country proposes peaceful leadership is critical at this hour of dismay with positive narratives towards nation building as opposed to destruction that is dominate paradigm.

This peaceful leadership that understands that lack of respect is a source of distraction that dictators from both sides are using, flimsy delaying tactics. In the meantime both sides are accumulating accolades of injustices, which will require truth and reconciliation in the future to rebuild pro-democracy and pro-monarchy moral authority within the nation and internationally.

Peaceful leadership that has the moral authority and courage to ensure that pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents ask for forgiveness and also offer forgiveness to each other and nation.

Evidently, the pro-democracy and pro-monarchy must accept how in this our country, they have lost the moral authority to lead the future truth and reconciliation for they are egomaniac dictators.

This our country requires peaceful leadership that refrains from ferociousness, as this the strategy of egomaniac dictators reveals how they are emotionally stunned, lack creativity and imagination on the future of this kingdom.

This peaceful leadership will be futuristic to understand how pro-democracy vs pro-monarchy thinking of labelling each other as enemies is a revealing of the tyrants destroying this kingdom.

This our country requires emotional intelligence from peaceful leaders who are prepared to resolve conflicts from a cool demeanor transcending predominate emotive conflicts. These leaders endowed with wisdom rooted in emotional intelligence on how positive emotions are required to untangle negative ones without preaching revenge. Peaceful leadership who communicated without sporadic acts of violence while resisting the hypnotic blame game through non-violent communication.

Conclusion

Indeed, this is our country requiring emotional intelligence and this kingdom has the best indigenous education on this through kubutseka.

This moment in our country calls into the centre our regimentary program embedded with I am because we are all related, Buntfu Lobucotfo. Regiments, men and women, of this nation must rise to end this conflicted dictatorship, suppression of freedom of expression as peaceful leaders.

There are regiments of peace within the kingdom that are endowed with self-awareness, thus, interconnected and interdependent on how they feel about this our country.

Kubutseka provides the appropriate context for dealing with the conflicts, dictatorship, and respect of alternative worldviews as they are rooted within the spirit of collectivism and consciousness.

The regimentary program nurtures regiments into acknowledging the highest human values embedded within Buntfu Lobucotfo. It’s time for regiments to emerge as peaceful leaders who anchor compassion, creativity, insights, spiritual (non-religious dogma), genius and love for this our country. Regiments willing to listen to diverse worldviews and alternative ideologies without proving which side is right or wrong that has engulfed pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents. These regiments that enable the citizens to co-create the sustainable future of this our country without fear or favour, which is the source of sporadic violence. Peaceful leaders that enable the pro-democracy and pro-monarchy proponents to heal themselves by accepting how conflict and violence is founded on their fears of losing power.

This fear of losing power is not what this country needs towards peace consciousness and not peaceful nation.
