Africa-Press – Eswatini. Former Minister of Public Works and Transport Ntuthuko Dlamini has been found guilty after killing three(3) members of Luyengeni Inner Council on the 7th September 2020.
The Minister was also found guilty of being in possession of firearm without a valid licence. The verdict was announced by the High Court on Monday, the Judge is expected to announce his sentence soon.
