Africa-Press – Eswatini. OVER 300 sanitary pads were donated and handed over to Ariel Empire. Ariel Empire in partnership with Asante Guest House and Miss Eco Tourism Eswatini delivered an epic and classy event where sanitary pads for the girl child were donated.
The session was held at Asante Guest House on Saturday. It was graced by Eswatini National Youth Council (ENYC) CEO Makhosami Dlamini. Dlamini said as a youth council, they would take Ariel Empire to a national tour before month-end, Nhlangano being the first stop.
“The story of these youngsters is genuine and they have the fire burning within them and for that reason, they went from House on Fire (Malkerns), to Ngwane Park bare footed last year during the MTN Bushfire Firefly event, hence the national tour is on,” said Dlamini. Miss Eco Tourism Eswatini 2021 Mirel Lopez urged the boys who attended the show to take care of the girl child.
The host, Dr Shakes ensured the crowd was entertained as he kept them in stitches with his jokes. The performance of Period Pains by ancheziey and Milton B was a show stopper and the audience wanted more. Ariel Empire Label Manager Tsepo Nhleke said they would put Eswatini music on the international map.
“Period Pains is an album, a book, a reality show, movie and an African Tour” Tsepo said. “We urge Emaswati, business corporates and organisations to hit us up so we overthrow gender-based violence and create a better environment for the girls, he added.
