FNB BRINGS RE-IMAGINED CREDIT TO THE TRADE FAIR

Africa-Press – Eswatini. FNB has, in this year, once again partnered with EITF to bring more value to both exhibitors and visitors to the Trade Fair.

Not only has this partnership ensured the provision of interactive engagement spaces that will allow the bank to engage its customers but it has provided an interactive B2B space for all at the Fair.

Additionally, the bank has, through its Vehicle Asset Finance House, WesBank, collaborated with KIA to power EITF’s mainstay ‘Win-A-Car’ competition, which will see a lucky winner drive home with a new KIA Sonet at the end of the Fair.

Speaking about the partnership, Zethu Dlamini, FNB’s Chief Marketing Officer, noted its mutual value in particular as it will see the enactment of the FNB Business Lounge which serves to unlock the full value of the fair to exhibitors, providing an anchor platform for business-to-business and business-to-customer interactions.

Significant

Another significant area of collaboration, according to Dlamini is the EITF Business Chamber which will be the centre of all the business seminars to be held at the EITF 2023.

“We are not in doubt that our increased collaboration with EIPA and continued partnership on EITF is another avenue to help local businesses grow. It speaks to what drives us because our story has always been simple, it is help,” Dlamini said.

“We are here to help Emaswati get from where they are to where they want to be, regardless of what their personal, family or business goals are.

We understand that strong financial support is needed to support this growth and it is for this reason that in addition to the FNB Business Lounge and Business Chamber, we are also taking the full suite of our innovative, re-imagined credit solutions to the Fair as this will give us an opportunity to have meaningful conversations on partnering for growth,” Dlamini added.

Potential

Speaking about how the bank has re-imagined credit to create an enabling environment for Emaswati to unlock their potential, FNB’s Executive Head of Credit, Thandeka Dlamini said the bank has solutions that take into account the milestone financial stages that both individual and business customers go through.

“It is exciting for us to explore the opportunity that this partnership brings as it allows us to interact with a significant proportion of our customer base.

More so because, in re-imagining credit, we have taken time to understand our customers, assess where they are in their lifecycles, what their ecosystem looks like which has enabled us to customise our credit offering suitable for both their short term and long-term needs”, Dlamini said.

“Not only have we optimised our use of Artificial Intelligence to ensure that solutions such as scored lending and pre-approvals work quicker and more efficiently, making the customer journey more seamless, we are also making strides towards making sure that more businesses are getting the dedicated help they need,” Dlamini added.

Retail

FNB’s range of solutions that retail customers can find out about at the Trade Fair are FNB Home Loans, FNB Umkhaya, FNB Personal Loans and FNB Overdraft whilst FNB business customers can find out more about FNB Term Loans, FNB Business Overdraft, Asset Based Finance and Commercial Property Finance.
