Africa-Press – Eswatini. The day began with a resounding success as the Easter Egg Hunt kicked off at 9:00 AM in the Fashion Court of Corporate Place. Kids arrived on time, eager to search for eggs, setting the stage for a day filled with excitement.

Following the egg hunt, the rooftop of Corporate Place at Swazi Plaza in Mbabane buzzed with joyful energy as the Kiddies Carnival unfolded. The event, held yesterday, Saturday, April 26th, 2025, proved to be a fantastic outing for children, offering a safe and exciting environment packed with entertainment.

Parents could relax knowing their little ones were secure, thanks to a thoughtful system of wristbands bearing parents’ contact numbers. This allowed many to take advantage of the opportunity to sneak away and indulge in some shopping within the plaza, confident in the well-being of their children playing just a few floors above.

The rooftop transformed into a vibrant playground, featuring a delightful array of attractions. Kids were spoilt for choice with four different types of jumping castles, thrilling water slides perfect for the warm day, and a classic merry-go-round that brought smiles to many faces. Adding to the fun were creative face painting sessions, where children were transformed into their favorite animals and characters, alongside a host of other engaging kiddies’ activities.

The carnival organizers ensured a secure atmosphere with on-site games, dedicated childminders, and vigilant security guards present throughout the event. This commitment to safety allowed children to immerse themselves fully in the fun while parents enjoyed some much-needed respite.

With an entry fee of just E10 per child for those aged 3 to 12, the Kiddies Carnival offered excellent value for a day filled with laughter and excitement. The event operated on a “first come, first served” basis, with a limit of 500 children, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone who attended. Attendees were also reminded to bring their own chairs due to limited seating.

The Kiddies Carnival at Swazi Plaza was undoubtedly a resounding success, creating cherished memories for the young attendees and providing a convenient and secure entertainment option for parents. It’s safe to say that this vibrant event left a trail of happy faces across Mbabane.
