Africa-Press – Eswatini. Her Majesty the Indlovukazi has arrived safely in the Republic of Singapore.
The Queen Mother has arrived in the Asian island in the morning of May 4, 2025, having left Eswatini in the evening of May 3, 2025. The Indlovukazi left through King Mswati III International Airport and she arrived in Singapore through the Chiangi Airport.
Singapore is one of the three countries the Indlovukazi is visiting. The Queen Mother will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with Turkiye being the last country she will visit. In the official visits, Her Majesty is accompanied by Prince Mbuyisa, Princess Lomathemba, and Chief Mashila.
Others who formed the delegation of the Indlovukazi include Minister of Health Mduduzi Matsebula, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Principal Secretary (PS) Sizwe Ntshangase, among others.
Indlovukazi last visited Singapore in April last year. Indlovukazi visited other countries during her visit last year. The Queen Mother also visited countries such as Indonesia and Mozambique, before returning home.
Eswatini enjoys bilateral relations with Singapore, which are said to have resulted in the two countries helping one another in the business, investment, and social welfare sectors. In May last year, His Majesty King Mswati III visited Singapore, after having visited South Korea.
Eswatini also enjoys healthy bilateral relations with the UAE. His Majesty the King last visited that country in February this year when he attended the World Governments Summit, which was held in Dubai. He went to that country on a state visit in 2023, a trip in which he visited both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The country also has good relations with Turkiye, as king also visited that country last year to take part in the 2024 Diplomacy Forum.
