While Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala remains Chairman of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) by virtue of his position, there has been new appointees in Charity Simelane, businessman Justice Nxumalo, Chakazile Dlamini and Mfanzile Elliot Dlamini, all of whom bring a wealth of experience and commitment to the judicial landscape of the kingdom.
The decision, shared by Attorney General Sifiso Mashampu Khumalo on behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III, marks the resumption of the JSC’s critical function nearly two years after its previous suspension.
