Africa-Press – Eswatini. His Majesty King Mswati III has left the problems of children abduction to the hands of God.

The king said this on Saturday, June 7, 2025 during the Nazareth Baptist Church prayer, which was held at Ludzidzini Royal Residence. The king said this because he believed nothing would be impossible and the suspects would one day have to account before the law.

His Majesty the King was making his remarks in front of throngs of members of the Nazareth Baptist Church (BakaShembe) who had attended the religious service. The members were led by their leader, His Holiness Unyazi Lwezulu.

The king used the scripture and quoted the Bible verse of Jeremiah Chapter 33. He narrated that the Prophet Jeremiah was once in prison and he was in distress. God directed him to call upon his name and he would be able to help him in a way he could not imagine.

The king further used a story involving another prophet – Daniel. He said Prophet Daniel was in Babylon and had to appear before King Nebuchadnezzar, who was ruling Babylon at the time. He had a dream and he wanted someone to interpret this dream.

King Nebuchadnezzar was known as a tyrant, who would kill those that gave him false interpretations of the dream. Daniel saw that and his turn to interpret the dream for King Nebuchadnezzar came. He was worried if he would be able to interpret the dreams, and be spared.

However, His Majesty the King said God was able to help Daniel to correctly interpret the dreams and King Nebuchadnezzar was satisfied. His Majesty said these were some of the incidents where God’s servants were saved by the Almighty from potential danger.

The king urged members of the Nazareth Baptist Church never to forsake God, because he was the foundation and a solution to everything. The king further thanked members of the church for taking their time to worship with the king and the entire Emaswati nation.

The king said there was so much they learned from the Nazareth Baptist Church, just as much as the Nazareth Baptist Church could learn a thing or two from Emaswati.

His Majesty the King looked forward to host the church next year. Meanwhile, His Holiness Unyazi Lwezulu, who spoke earlier than the king, said being among Their Majesties was something that made him feel like he had been relieved of something.

He said it had been a long time since he was in the company of Their Majesties. Unyazi Lwezulu said there were some people who associated the kidnapping and killing of children to the presence of him and his church.

Unyazi Lwezulu said that was unfortunate because he could not see the link between their presence in the country and the disappearance of the children.

He stated that he had not come to the people who criticised his church, but to those who loved him and the Nazareth Baptist Church. Unyazi Lwezulu wished that His Majesty King Mswati III could continue on his throne so that even his enemies could eat humble pie.

The religious leader emphasised on the importance of respect for self and others during his sermon. He further wished the best for this country, promising that he would definitely come back next year.

He said being a member of the Nazareth Baptist Church was fulfilling, as he had seen a man who had been healed come to him to share how the church helped him to heal. Unyazi also shared that His Majesty King Misuzulu ka Zwelithini had also joined the church, before he assumed the throne of the Amazulu nation.
