Africa-Press – Eswatini. Cebisile Dlamini and Ncobile Dlamini received two mobile containers valued at E47 000 from R Value Projects, with the handover facilitated through the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund (YERF). The donation will help the women expand their small businesses and create new opportunities in their communities.

The donation was officially handed over by CEO Mandla Nkambule highlighting the vital role of private sector partnerships in empowering youth and supporting community development. Nkambule noted that many young entrepreneurs struggle to access adequate funding for essential equipment and infrastructure, making contributions like this crucial for business growth. He encouraged other companies to step in and provide similar opportunities for youth led enterprises.

Nkambule also praised the recipients for their entrepreneurial spirit, noting that their efforts contribute not only to their own growth but also to the wider economic development of their communities. He expressed confidence that the mobile containers would serve as a foundation for the women to expand their businesses and eventually support other young entrepreneurs in turn.

Mkhosi Dlamini said it was humbling for R Value Projects to support the young women, emphasizing the company’s belief in sharing what God has given them to help others. He added that even small contributions can have a big impact when given sincerely.

The beneficiaries were visibly moved. Cebisile Dlamini, who sells sugar and Benny in Sithobelweni KaNkonjwa, said the donation would help her expand her business and credited God for inspiring the generosity. Ncobile Dlamini, who sells vegetables and provides mobile money services in Mpolonjeni Siteki, described the donation as a complete surprise and called for more initiatives to educate and empower youth in her community.

The event highlighted how collaboration between youth focused initiatives like YERF and private businesses can create opportunities, foster entrepreneurship, and strengthen Eswatini’s local economy.
