Africa-Press – Eswatini. Clement Sifiso Khumalo, the seconded investigator of the Anti Corruption Commission(ACC) who investigated and subsequently applied for a warrant of arrest against SwaziPharm Director Kareem Ashraff must just relax, this alleged corrupt thief of Indonesian origin who collapsed the country’s health system will never get any cent from the pockets the ACC investigator.
In fact the entire ACC and the Director of Public Prosecutions(DPP) as State institutions, must continue doing their job, we want to see how will this corrupt collaboration between Kareem Ashraff and the Chief Justice will end.
Clement Sifiso Khumalo, as a police officer and a seconded investigator of the ACC cannot be sued in personal capacity, Ashraff must sue us(taxpayers) because Khumalo was acting on our behalf.
Indeed, we have been putting pressure on the ACC to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stealing of billions budget for the purchasing of drugs in public hospitals and therefore, we will not allow Ashraff and his alleged corrupt friend Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala to intimidate the Anti Corruption Commission and the DPP.
It is clear that Ashraff is attacking investigators of the Anti Corruption Commission through what is known as “strategic ligation” to discourage them from doing their job, we won’t allow a corrupt cartel to undermine State institutions.
The ACC might be having internal challenges like all institutions but, this is a State institution established in terms of the Prevention of Corruption Act to fight corruption, we will not allow alleged corrupt thieves like Ashraff and Chief Justice to undermine State institutions.
In conclusion, let me once again warn the Chief Justice, this is a country and, we won’t allow our country to be destroyed by a corrupt cartel.
It is clear that, the existence of the Anti Corruption Commission is a huge headache to the Chief Justice because he is allegedly corrupt to the core, now he is systematically assisting his friend Ashraff to attack the ACC.
But time will tell, the lawsuit filed by Kareem Ashraff against the ACC investigator might be the beginning of a downfall for Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala, perhaps he is regretting accepting the bribes from this Indonesian alleged corrupt businessman because now, Ashraff wants value for his money and he must protect him.
SwaziPharm Director Kareem Ashraff is now demanding favours, the Chief Justice started by dismissing the warrant of arrest and now, the investigator of the ACC is facing a lawsuit in his personal capacity.
What a corrupt and shameful Chief Justice, the Judiciary is now a playground for a corrupt cartel and a tool to attack State institutions fighting corruption!.
