Africa-Press – Eswatini. Zinhle Matsebula, the businesswoman who was allegedly used by SwaziPharm Director Kareem Ashraff to loot part of the billions within the Ministry of Health resulting in the shortage of drugs in public hospitals, has collaborated with the businessman of Indonesian origin to ‘collectively’ sue Funduzi Forensic Services over R600million in what appears to be a well-organized attack against State and private institutions fighting corruption and/or investigating the circumstances surrounding the health crisis.
This comes a few weeks after Kareem Ashraff sued Clement Sifiso Khumalo, the seconded investigator of the Anti Corruption Commission(ACC) who investigated Ashraff and his company AvaPharm(Pty) Ltd and subsequently applied for a warrant of arrest that was rejected by Ashraff’s alleged friend Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala.
Both Zinhle Matsebula who was allegedly used by Ashraff as an alleged ‘front’ Director of Cerium Scientific and the businessman of Indonesian origin, are represented by Mbabane based law-firm, Dlamini Shabangu Attorneys.
Eswatini is facing shortage of drugs in public hospitals, dozens have died since the health crisis erupted triggered by rampant corruption involving Kareem Ashraff and others in the private sector and public administration.
