Africa-Press – Eswatini. Sikhumbuzo Zwakele Simelane, the police officer who suggested that editor Zweli Martin Dlamini, former MP Mduduzi Magawugawu Simelane and PUDEMO President Mlungisi Makhanya must be killed to end the political unrest entered the Nhlangano Magistrate Court armed with a gun.

As a result, Nhlangano Magistrate Israel Magagula ordered the police to seize the gun from Simelane.

The cop was in court on Tuesday, he is involved in a legal battle and he is seeking to grab a home from his children after the death of their mother.

The home was built by his wife Sindi Simelane(nee Shongwe), however, the cop who had deserted the late teacher, later came back to claim the home and forced Sindi’s children out on the basis that he was married in community of property with her.

Magistrate Israel Magagula ordered the cop not to sell the home without consulting with the children, however, the cop arrogantly told the Magistrate that he would sell the home.

“I am just waiting for the home to be transferred to my name, otherwise,I will sell it,” said the cop when addressing the Magistrate.

Simelane told the Magistrate that he was reported to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini who then told him not to sell the home, saying it belonged to the children.

The cop told the Magistrate that he wondered why those who alerted the editor of this publication about the matter even got involved in matters involving the Simelane family.

Nhlangano women rights activist Ntombi ‘Sishoshovu se-GBV’ Dlamini-LaNgwenya, teachers Joubert Dlamini and Makepeace Mabuza were present in court to support the children of their late colleague who are being abused by the cop.
