Africa-Press – Eswatini. Nomahlubi Matiwane, the Eswatini Water Services Corporation(EWSC) Director-Business Enablement and Corporate Affairs addressed the 10th Eswatini Customer Experience Conference.

Matiwane focused on the Corporation’s transformative “Blue Culture” philosophy, which she said, positions customer centricity as an integral part of organizational culture rather than a stand-alone initiative. She said the State owned water company’s “Blue Culture” enhanced customer satisfaction, driven by empowered and engaged employees who embody EWSC’s values of consistency, care, and excellence.
