Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>King Mswati\u2019s Spokesperson Percy Simelane says the absolute Monarch never assaulted Inkhosikati Sibonelo Mngomezulu known as Queen LaMbikiza.<\/b><\/p>\n

When this publication reached Simelane for a comment on Wednesday, he said he was only responsible for the public image of the King adding that efforts to seek clarity on this matter amounted to the invasion of the King\u2019s privacy.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are not aware, it is the public face of the King that is our area of interest and concern.We therefore wouldn’t be able to know what happens behind closed doors and any effort by us to enquire along those lines would be invasion of privacy,\u201d said the King\u2019s Spokesperson.<\/p>\n

But on Thursday, after the story spread to various reputable media platforms across the world,the King\u2019s Spokesperson released a press statements saying the royal family had no record of such incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the wake of the trending report by the online publication to the effect that His Majesty the King heavily assaulted Inkhosikati LaMbikiza and she was rushed to a South African hospital we wish to say that the Royal Family has no record of the incident.It takes it as yet another attempt by an element that is hell bent to tarnish the name of the King and has no value for its readership. As short as to tell it did not happen. We will continue to appeal for responsible journalism and total adherence to the ethics of this noble profession,\u201d reads a statement released by the King\u2019s Office Spokesperson.<\/p>\n

This publication reported that Inkhosikati LaMbikiza was allegedly assaulted by Mswati after her attempt to seek clarity regarding the real father of Princess Sikhanyiso\u2019s son Prince Phikolezwe.<\/p>\n

Fresh evidence in our possession suggests that Queen Sibonelo Mngomezulu was subsequently rushed to a South African hospital after losing her teeth in the process.<\/p>\n
