The State owned eSwatini Observer, through its online platforms, reported on Wednesday that the appointment was announced by Phesheya Dube, the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).<\/p>\n

Efforts to reach the former Minister proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.<\/p>\n

The former Senator served as Minister under Prime Minister Barnabas\u2019 Cabinet from 2013 to2018.<\/p>\n
