Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>ALL is not well at Manzini Wanderers after it emerged that their General Manager (GM) Mlungisi \u2018Mluga\u2019 Ndzinisa is allegedly receiving death threats from a faction of the club\u2019s followers.<\/b><\/p>\n

Word coming out from the crowd-pulling Manzini based side is that the GM is allegedly receiving life-threatening calls from private numbers, demanding that he steps down or face the consequences. It has been gathered that Ndzinisa is now being made a scapegoat for the club\u2019s poor run in the MTN Premier League and MoMo Cup.<\/p>\n

A highly-placed source at the hub giants confided that the situation was no longer safe for Ndzinisa as he was forced to look over his shoulders in fear for his life.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo serious is the situation that they are now tracing his location to deal with him if he fails to resign,\u201d our impeccable source confided.<\/p>\n

Ndzinisa confirmed the reports but defiantly declared that he was not shaken.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started receiving threats from day one in office and I\u2019m not shaken. I am a man after all. The only confusing part is when people don\u2019t know what they want.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, they want you out, tomorrow they plead for you to stay. Today I want to make it clear that \u2018Chief\u2019 (Sandile Dlamini, director) is leaving Manzini Wanderers, so there\u2019s no way I can stay behind. I\u2019m also on my way out because we have been vilified together.<\/p>\n

It is so unfortunate that the so-called South African new directors story was brought up to create confusion as it is seemingly non-existent,\u201d Ndzinisa said.<\/p>\n

He further mentioned that he has not reported the threats to the police. He made it clear that threats or no threats, he would relinquish his position as soon as \u2018Chief\u2019 completes his last day in office on November 20.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have lot of offers from local football clubs and I\u2019m humbled that some teams recognise my efforts in attempting to improve the game. Wanderers\u2019 supporters created the confusion, so let them deal with it. You can\u2019t start the fire and scream for help when the veld is burning,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
