Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Seven Dreams will be without a coach when they take on capital city giants Mbabane Swallows in the MTN Premier League at KaLanga Technical Centre this afternoon.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2018Shoe shine and Piano\u2019 as Seven Dreams are fondly known, recently parted way with the former Sea Birds and Moneni Pirates seasoned mentor Gcina Dlamini, who tendered his resignation letter. This was after a string of pool results.<\/p>\n

The Mankayane-based side are 11th in the log standings with one win to their name and go up against Swallows, who are sixth in the log standings. However, the team\u2019s Public Relations Officer (PRO), Sandile \u2018Ntofo\u2019 Dlamini, revealed that they had roped in Rony Ginindza from the technical bench to lead the team during the match. He shared the latest developments during an interview on EBIS Sports Show yesterday.<\/p>\n

The PRO said Ginindza had been with the team for a while now and the management had seen it fit to give him the responsibility to lead the team as they look to get maximum points and steady the ship. The former Vovovo mouth piece said they understood that they were facing a very experienced and dangerous team, so they would dig deeper to make sure that they come back with positive results on the day.<\/p>\n

\u201cGinindza will be leading the team moving forward and we are certain that he has all it takes to fill in the void left by coach Gcina Dlamini having been with us for a while now. The boys are motivated, the spirt is high in the camp and we are going into the game to fight. We urge the Mankayane community to come and rally behind the boys as we try to make them proud,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Dlamini further said they had been preparing well in training, with no challenges and they would be coming into today\u2019s game with an injury free squad. Meanwhile, Ginindza said he was aware of the huge task that the club\u2019s management had entrusted him with. He added that there wasn\u2019t any pressure going up against a big side in his first match in charge of the club.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not going to be an easy game for us but and I can honestly say there isn\u2019t too much pressure on us. I would also like to thank the club\u2019s management for giving me the opportunity. Playing against one of the big teams in the country is motivation on its own and we respect them, but will go out there and fight with all we have,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Ginindza added that they have to manage the squad well as the league games were coming thick and fast with Young Buffaloes and Royal Leopard their next fixtures.<\/p>\n
