Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>\u201cWe can confirm that we shot a Young Buffaloes bus at Mehlwabovu this evening\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n

These were the sentiments of the Commander of the \u2018new\u2019 Underground Forces Unit linked to the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF) when speaking to the press on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

The bus was transporting soldiers who were from a football march in Nhlangano, soldiers are currently involved in the shooting and killing of civilians merely for demanding democratic reforms.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not like we are new, we have been conducting operations since last year, we invaded the home of Speaker Petros Mavimbela. But we decided to halt operations while securing weapons and now we are back and ready to work.Today(Saturday) our plan was to stop the bus and then shoot the soldiers randomly but the operation was disturbed,\u201d said the Commander.<\/p>\n

A questionnaire was sent to Lieutenant Tengetile Khumalo, the Army Spokesperson, however, she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.<\/p>\n

On another, the Commander of the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF) confirmed knowledge of the Underground Unit that attacked the Young Buffaloes bus on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can confirm that we are aware of the forces that attacked the Young Buffaloes bus. We want to make it clear that we will now start attacking soldiers after they demonstrated that they were at war with the citizens. We will attack them within their homes, churches and work,\u201d said the Commander of the Solidarity Forces whose name cannot be revealed for ethical reasons.<\/p>\n

Eswatini is in the mist of a political unrest after King Mswati unleashed soldiers and the police to shoot and kill dozens of civilians.<\/p>\n
