Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Dan Dlamini,the Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission(ACC) is allegedly colluding with Defense Principal Secretary(PS)Prince Sicalo in organizing cars to be used in the shooting and killing of civilians during the highly anticipated national shutdown.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is contained in an electronic evidence and or \u2018intercepted\u2019 cellphone conversations where the ACC Commissioner was discussing operations with Anti-Corruption Deputy Commissioner Maphevu Mkhatjwa on Monday morning.<\/p>\n

ACC Deputy Commissioner Operations Maphevu Mkhatjwa is currently at Ludzidzini Palace preparing for the Incwala ritual ceremony.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have decided to release the cars but the problem is that these cars were not taken for service, the dealers at Nelspruit wanted money in advance. Who can accept the cars that side? Mabuza told me that there is a Committee led by Sicalo and he asked that the cars must be released immediately,\u201dsaid the ACC Commissioner in the \u2018intercepted\u2019 cellphone conversation.<\/p>\n

Details and or location of the \u2018intercepted\u2019 conversations suggest that the ACC Commissioner was around Mbangweni-Woodlands in Mbabane on Monday morning when discussing the issue surrounding the release of the cars to Prince Sicalo.<\/p>\n

An independent investigation by press,collaborated by insiders, further uncovered that the cars would be used in terrorizing civilians and or conducting surveillance on human rights defenders targeted by King Mswati\u2019s State agents.<\/p>\n

\u201dThe cars are needed for undercover operations for the State, we will update you in case there are further developments,\u201d said an insider within the State security agency.<\/p>\n

It has been disclosed that the cars to be used by State agents when terrorizing civilians include Golf GTIs,these cars are normally driven by investigators of the Anti-Corruption Commission(ACC) when disguising due to the risks associated with the nature of their jobs.<\/p>\n

A questionnaire was sent to ACC Commissioner Dan Dlamini, however,he had not responded at the time of compiling this report.<\/p>\n

But on Monday morning around 5am, gunshots were heard within a forest that connects Phocweni Army Barracks and New-Village.<\/p>\n

Pocweni Army Barracks is where soldiers normally meet to receive orders, shooting and killing orders are normally communicated to the soldiers by Brigadier Thembinkosi Mngometulu allegedly, acting on instructions from authorities.<\/p>\n

It later transpired in the midst of this investigation that soldiers were training within the Pocweni- New Village forest, to shoot civilians ahead of the national shutdown on Tuesday and Wednesday, should public transport workers decide to protest.<\/p>\n

Public transport workers are expected to down tools on Tuesday and Wednesday, in demand for democracy, the release of incarcerated pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza,Mthandeni Dube and other political prisoners.<\/p>\n

Army Spokesperson Lieutenant Tengetile Khumalo declined to comment on the matter.<\/p>\n

On Monday afternoon, Deputy Prime Minister Senator Themba Masuku addressed journalists during a press conference held at the Cabinet offices in Mbabane.<\/p>\n

The DPM assured the Nation that there would be no shutdown after the court issued an order, stopping what he described as an illegal strike.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn light of this order, Government expects public transport employees to be at work and transport operators to be on the road tomorrow, servicing people. Any action that is contrary to this order therefore amounts to Contempt of Court and Government is obliged to take the necessary action,\u201d said the Deputy Prime Minister.<\/p>\n

But now, it has emerged that despite the assurance by Government that Tuesday and Wednesday would be normal working days, security forces are preparing for major operations including shooting of civilians.<\/p>\n

As a result of the security risks, and or political uncertainty associated with the looming national shutdown, some private companies and State institutions including the University of Eswatini(UNESWA)postponed exams and other operations.<\/p>\n

Eswatini is in the midst of a political unrest, dozens have been killed by Mswati\u2019s security forces since the unrest started in June 2021.<\/p>\n

Some security officers who terrorize civilians normally travel with disguised cars with no number plates, these cars are sourced from other Government Departments and the Anti-Corruption Commission(ACC) has been approached to provide more vehicles.<\/p>\n
