Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Muzi Mmema, the assassinated Secretary General of the newly formed Swazis First Democratic Front(SFDF)was not popular, only a few of us who interact with political leaders and members of the underground forces knew who Muzi Mmema was.<\/b><\/p>\n

After the brutal killing of Mmema, Government released a statement on Wednesday trying to cloud public opinion, the truth is; the political activist was killed by State intelligence agents who kidnapped him and demanded that he reveals where guns of the struggle were hidden.<\/p>\n

The State security officers who killed Muzi Mmema must know that they have killed a soldier of the struggle who was carrying the Nation on his shoulders.<\/p>\n

I will not mention all the sacrifices Mmema made for the love of the Swazis because I am too devastated,he was a \u2018quiet\u2019 person but very dangerous to King Mswati and his cruel regime.<\/p>\n

Political activists like Muzi Mmema are rare, they talk less and act more, Mmema was action driven.<\/p>\n

I am sure even the Executive members of his previous and current political home don\u2019t know who Muzi Mmema was.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to share briefly who Muzi Mmema was because now, government is trying to spread false information suggesting that the political activist was killed by unknown people terrorizing the country.<\/p>\n

As mentioned, the State security officers who killed Mmema must know that they killed a soldier of the struggle, it\u2019s rare to kill a soldier and expect life to be normal in the barracks.<\/p>\n

Mmema sacrificed his life in an effort to liberate the people.<\/p>\n

It is our duty as the media to ensure that the legacy of the people who are action driven like Mmema is not overshadowed by mere talking, Mmema would be alive today if he didn’t choose to fight for the people.<\/p>\n

The State security officers who killed this political activist must \u2018pray\u2019 that their identities remain unknown, we need justice for Muzi Mmema.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, let me send my condolences to his family particularly his wife and children, as the independent media we will ensure that the names of these soldiers are not overshadowed by celebrity political activism,Muzi Mmema was not popular, his work was.<\/p>\n
