He further announced the company\u2019s new Financial Officer Shierly Motsa.<\/p>\n<p>Mavela Vilane is not new on the scene as he has quite an impressive CV. He was Eswatini Standards Authority (SWASA) CEO for over a year.<\/p>\n<p>Vilane when speaking on his new position promised to turn around the company\u2019s financial reputation and further work around the clock to meet all demands.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to that, he said his goal was to change the standard and make it worthwhile.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI plan on making sure resources are not wasted and work around the clock to make sure good standards are met,\u201d said Vilane.<\/p>\n<p>His sentiments were echoed by the new Financial Officer, Motsa said her plan was to make sure all monetary procedures are made transparent.<\/p>\n<p>Worth noting is that Vilane has been hailed a perfect fit for the job, he is taking over from Dr. Nhlanhla Dlamini who was appointed acting CEO, shortly after Rechi Dlamini resigned from the position.<\/p>\n<p>According to Vilane\u2019s LINKEDIN account, he is a qualified executive with experience in strategic planning and execution, SHERQ Management as well as overseeing the daily organisational activities.<\/p>\n<p>He is further described as a person with a strong ability to solve complex company problems using excellent judgment and decision-making skills. \u201cBelieves in receiving ongoing education and running a customer service-oriented company and has more than 20 years of experience in relevant positions,\u201d read part of the LINKED IN bio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/eswatini\">Eswatini<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Eswatini.
