This is according to Inyatsi Group Holding Executive Chairman Michelo Shakantu, who, in his LinkedIn official account, was addressing the group\u2019s investment in telecommunications.<\/p>\n

Worth noting is that Eswatini Mobile is one of the nine subsidiary companies for the Inyatsi Group Holdings.<\/p>\n

Shakantu, in his post, said they defied the odds and it paid off, when directing to Eswatini Mobile.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u201dAt great risk (given the difficulty of accessing capital on the continent), we set-up a locally owned mobile network company to participate in the telecommunications space.<\/p>\n

\u201cEswatini Mobile epitomises our tenacity,\u201d said Shakantu.<\/p>\n

Shakantu has been sharing his business sentiments on his social media platforms.<\/p>\n

Last week, we published that the Executive Chairman said when they hired, they hired attitude first.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we hire, we hire attitude- first and foremost. Then we train for skill,\u201d said the Executive Chairman in a quote that was posted on the official pages of Inyatsi Group.<\/p>\n

Shakantu further said even if someone had 40 PhDs, they would not hire them if they happened to have bad attitude.<\/p>\n

\u201cAttitude determines whether someone will be a good fit for us. So, we will hire someone who has a good attitude and then up-skill them,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
