As has been the case in previous years, the Budget Speech follows after the King has delivered the Speech from The Throne which marks the official opening of Parliament.<\/p>\n<p>During the Budget Speech, Minister of Finance Neal Rijkenberg is expected to announce the national budget for the financial year 2023\/2024. He will outline the allocations for the various ministries, departments and projects which are part of the government\u2019s plans for the coming financial year.<\/p>\n<p>He is also expected to outline how the government plans to transform the economy.
