These words were said by Mental Health Nurse Sidumo Lukhele, who is also a Promotions Health Officer at the Ministry of Health.<\/p>\n

Lukhele was saying this while referring to mental health conditions that are triggered due to the pressures that arise around the time Form V results are released.<\/p>\n

The Minister of Education and Training, Lady Howard Mabuza, officially released Form V results. Dwalile High School Pupils Phetsile Nkosi, Tibusiso Masuku and Mlindi Gamedze came out top with six A*. The Manzini Region performed the best in the country attaining 27.73%.<\/p>\n

It is generally known that the pressure of attaining great results in Form V is high as it may determine a career choice and the tertiary institution they may be admitted to.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe results are out and most pupils actually have an idea of the results they will get. They start being stressed if they see they are not getting the response they were expecting from their families and some may even dive into depression and commit suicide.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn these times, it is fundamental that parents and guardians accept the results instead of stressing over them. They should work together in re-strategising if the results are poor. There are always second chances in life,\u201d said the Mental Health Nurse.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, the Examination Council of Eswatini has sent out a public service announcement through SMSs to the public, saying Form V results are out.<\/p>\n

\u201cSend your centre number and candidate number as one number and date of birth e.g. 90010087 dd\/mm\/yy only to 3535,\u201d reads the PSA. The SMS cost E2.88.<\/p>\n
