Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Attorney General(AG) Sifiso Khumalo,the Ezulwini Indvuna allegedly fined resident Brian Mncube for staying with his girlfriend Sonto Dlamini in his late wife\u2019s home.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is contained in leaked electronic files from Ludzidzini Palace,the files also contain highly \u2018classified\u2019 information including minutes of meetings by the King\u2019s Ludzidzini Council where the appointments of Chiefs were discussed at length.<\/p>\n

\u201cI secured land at eZulwini with my late wife Dorothy Dlamini in 1993 and I am here to appeal,ngitokwembula ingubo.After the death of my wife, I stayed with my girlfriend Sonto Dlamini and the Royal Kraal (uMphakatsi) fined me R14,000.00.I am here to appeal the verdict by uMphakatsi,\u201dsaid Brian Mncube when submitting before the Ludzidzini Royal Council.<\/p>\n

According to the files,the matter was discussed on or around 12th July 2022 and the King\u2019s Council reserved the judgement.<\/p>\n

\u201cDECISION:Libandla litakutsintsa\u201d,reads the Ludzidzini Council documents in part.<\/p>\n

The King\u2019s Council acts as one of the highest tradition court on issues of Swazi Law and Custom.<\/p>\n

Ezulwini residents are fined up to thirty thousands Rands(R30,000.00) for traditional offenses and charged twenty four thousands(R24,000.00) by the Attorney General(AG)for iNkhomo yekuKhonta(securing a piece of land),the money is used to sustain Khumalo\u2019s lavish lifestyle.<\/p>\n
