Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>King Misuzulu kaZwelithini says Kings are anointed by God. The Zulu King was speaking during the Easter service at Ngabezweni Royal Residence on Saturday where he was a guest of His Majesty King Mswati III.<\/b><\/p>\n

He said they were both on their thrones, not because someone liked them.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t apply to be a King; it is a blessing. There is no office where one can apply to be King,\u201d he said. Bayede added that God anointed Kings. He said he came down from heaven to bless these seats and wanted everyone to respect them.<\/p>\n

\u201cI urge emaSwati and Zulu\u2019s to hold on to our Kingdoms. Who fights them is fighting God himself. God rules over nature, we don\u2019t know what will happen if people try to fight nature,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

King Misuzulu said in the whole world and the whole of Africa, there were still two respected Kings, which are the King of the Zulu Nation and the King of Eswatini.<\/p>\n

He further revealed that although the Zulu nation would be hosting an Easter service at Moses Mabhida Stadium, he had asked to spend his first Easter as King in Eswatini, his other home and he was very happy.<\/p>\n

King Misuzulu said this was a time for families and congregations to come together to praise God.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thankful that we are here at the royal residence today. We also pass greetings from the Mageba nation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

King Misuzulu said he was impressed with the topics which were discussed on the day and the topic which spoke to him the most respected. He said he believed that when scripture says to respect your mother and father, it does not mean one birth parent, but every person who could be a parent to them.<\/p>\n

He said even the earth, the land and the king are your parents.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe country you live in is also your parent, you should respect it. You get water from the land; you farm it as well. Nature and land are your parents.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added that everything that gives one life is their parent, including the jobs that people work to take care of their families are also their parents.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything that God has given to us is a blessing and not a curse. Every blessing is your parent,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

King Misuzulu said he believed that the mouth had the power to build and destroy and people should guard what comes out of their mouths at all times.<\/p>\n
