It is my humble submission that an order was granted against the 2nd Respondent incorrectly and without his knowledge and presence.The same is applicable to myself as mentioned above. In law I am advised that on that basis alone, the application must be granted, the Applicants were not in court and had not been notified that the matter was proceeding.
