Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Mbongwa Dlamini, the President of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) is expected to receive a back-pay after the Industrial Court declared government\u2019s decision to stop his salary unlawful.<\/b><\/p>\n

The judgment was delivered by Industrial Court Judge Lungile Msimango on Monday.<\/p>\n

Dlamini\u2019s salary was stopped by government amid persecution of trade union leaders in the Kingdom of eSwatini.<\/p>\n

Tension escalated after the SNAT President issued an announcement to all teachers to stay at home for safety amid political tensions in the country.<\/p>\n

In a separate matter, Judge Msimango recently set aside the dismissal of Lidwala Insurance Manager Sikhumbuzo Nkambule whose position was declared redundant.<\/p>\n
