Mswati is allegedly represented by his Financial Advisor Sthofeni Ginindza at African Alliance, the financial institution that owns the newly opened multi-billion Shopping Complexes including the Manzini Arch Development Site at the Golf Course.<\/p>\n

But the context of this article seeks to address the plight of workers, who are normally underpaid with impunity in businesses with alleged links to King Mswati.<\/p>\n

Firstly, the involvement of the King in businesses is one of the most corrupt practices, considering the fact that Mswati is an absolute Monarch.<\/p>\n

One of the definitions of corruption is abuse of power for dishonest gain.<\/p>\n

Mswati\u2019s government and his \u2018controlled\u2019 Parliament, approve Gazettes that seek to ensure that the ordinary Swazis are trapped deeper, into poverty.<\/p>\n

When one heard the King speaking about the protection of structures to protect jobs,one wondered if Mswati knew exactly what he was talking about, jobs that pay workers one thousand, one hundred Rands(R1,100)!.<\/p>\n

The King must adddress the issue of the Government Gazettes that enable companies to underpay workers with impunity, as Head of State who doubles as a businessman,we cannot exclude him from the criticism.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, perhaps, it is important to clarify that the fundamental purpose of looking for a job is to work, earn a decent salary so that you can improve your life, not to become a slave of the rich and powerful.<\/p>\n
