Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>U.S. Embassy Eswatini has announced Qiniso Matsebula as one of their 2023 Mandela Washington Fellows.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a post on their social media platforms, Qiniso will be studying Leadership in Civic Engagement at the University of Georgia.<\/p>\n

It is stated that Qiniso has more than 10 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. He is the operations manager at SwaziSat Internet Service Provider, focusing on customer support and relationship management. He is also co-founder and director of the Lovefield Chess Academy, which focuses on creating the next generation of leaders by developing their brains from a young age.<\/p>\n

Matsebula studied ICT at the Vaal University of Technology and is an alumnus of Intense Village Boardroom Experience. He has represented the Eswatini national chess team at two Olympiads (Baku, Azerbaijan; Batumi, Georgia). Qiniso is passionate about levelling the playing field for less fortunate and marginalized groups in society so that they can realize their dreams and fulfil their ambitions.<\/p>\n

After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Qiniso plans to establish Eswatini\u2019s first indoor fun and adventure park, along with a world-class soft skills academy.<\/p>\n
