The supporters were expected to pay E50 to watch the do-or-die epic clash billed for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit tomorrow. The match is slated to start at 5pm.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a media release, sent through this publication\u2019s sports desk by Eswatini Football Association (EFA) Marketing and Communications Officer Muzi \u2018Rhoo\u2019 Radebe, the game will now be free. This will come as a huge relief for the local supporters, who will be travelling to South Africa tomorrow to watch the game as they would now only pay transport fee.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe match between Eswatini and Togo will now be free. This action that Eswatini Football Association came up with so to cushion the cost of the travelling Eswatini fans, who will watch the TotalEnergies AFCON Qualifier match between Eswatini and Togo at the stadium,\u201d reads part of the press release. Eswatini National Supporters Club (ENSC) Chairperson Mandla \u2018Madlakadlaka\u2019 Dladla said they were happy about the latest developments by EFA as this would come as good news to the supporters.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is good news indeed and I would like to thank EFA for this initiative as it will now encourage the supporters to attend the game as they will now only need money for transport and food,\u201d Dladla said. He then urged the supporters to fill up the buses as the only stress they had now was to organise the transport fee. He also encouraged them to purchase the national team replicas, which the EFA has reduced to E280. He further urged all emaSwati to support the selected national team players as according to him, Coach Dominic Kunene selected players who were ready to fight for the nation. He finally revealed that they would leave for South Africa at noon at Sigwaca House.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kunene when addressing the media ahead of the squad\u2019s departure at Lobamba Technical Centre yesterday, urged the nation to support the team physically and in prayer, as they were now ambassadors of Eswatini. \u201cWe urge every liSwati to be behind the boys we know that this will be a tough game, but we will fight until the end. We will capitalise on their weak points for the positive results,\u201d Kunene said.<\/p>\n
